Question: What is the cost?

Answer: The cost depends on the method of unlocking. Visiting us in Toronto, the cost start from $40 CAD and done for you right away. We are very competitive in the market and do offer a discount for multiple units.

Question: Why do different methods vary so much in price?

Answer: We are offering the customer all methods available to us. Some methods use 3^rd parties where we do not have control over the cost. We do feel that to serve our customers best, we show you all possible options we can fulfill and you will choose the one for you.

Question: What is the method of unlocking?

Answer: The methods vary depending on the model of your Blackberry. In our product section, you can choose your model and all methods will be shown there. models

Question: What methods of payments do you accept?

Answer: We have many methods, each payment page will consist of a logo of all payments we accept. Paypal payments need to be made to info@bbunlock.com.

Question: How do I get my IMEI#?

Answer: IMEI stands for International Mobile Equipment Identity. This is a unique 15 (or 17) digit serial number to identify your phone. There are two ways to find this number. (i) By looking on the back of your phone under the battery or (ii) By pressing *#06# (Star, pound, zero, six, pound).

Question: Will I lose my warranty?

Answer: No absolutely not. We do not open up your phone therefore you will not lose the warranty. Some Blackberry unlocking solution require the phone to be opened up the phone which will avoid your warranty.

Question: Can it lock up again?

Answer: No, it will never lock up again. Our methods are all permanent unlocks.

Question: Will I get the unlock codes?

Answer: If by IMEI # or remote, you will have the unlock code. We can always provide it upon request. You will never need to use this unlock code again.

Question: Do you offer deal on multiple phones to dealers or wholesalers?

Question: Can I use it on any network?

Answer: You can use your phone on any GSM network that supports your Blackberry frequency. The data will only work on GSM networks that are set up for Blackberry Connect.

Question: Do you accept international orders?

Question: What does the shipping fee’s include?

Answer: The shipping fee mostly consist of the curriers cost of shipping. Other costs are for packing and cost of taking it to the post office. We make it a flat rate to make it easier for our customers, it does vary slightly.

Question: Do you have a store location?

Answer: We do not have a store front, this is to keep costs down and pass savings onto ours customers. The cost of running a store and employee would not allow us to bring you this great professional service at these prices. We do use the same equipment any store offers. We are the only Blackberry unlocking company in the actual city of Toronto.

Question: Will it work on Fido?

Answer: The voice portion of your phone will work, however the data will not. This is because Fido’s network does not support Blackberry technology at this time.
